Service Desk Support

The Helpdesk support performed by SPN included Windows Operating System upgrade and hardware tech refresh at our site. This project entailed provisioning new End User Devices (EUD), Re-Imaging existing EUD that are not yet End of Life and Support. The team had a formation in place to rapidly image the EUD, perform in person and remote deployments, resolve issues that came up, and close out the project. SPN ensured that risks and issues were mitigated, project was executed within the timeline agreed upon. The management and execution of the Project was superb.

System Integration Support

One of our Defense Mission Partner submitted a Non-Standard requirement for an Enterprise System to be designed and implemented at one of our Core Data Center. SPN Engineers rapidly developed a solution that was in compliance with the Department of Defense, Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), briefed and baselined the solution with the Mission Partner, compiled all necessary artifacts, and executed the implementation of the system with the various stakeholders. The Mission Partner received a solution that also addressed their Disaster Recovery requirement since the solution developed by SPN engineers included a warm disaster recovery site that enabled the system to be operational in the event of an unplanned incident and prevents further data loss. The project was executed within the baselined schedule and within budget. Thanks to SPN and the team.
