Service Desk Support
The Helpdesk support performed by SPN included Windows Operating System upgrade and hardware tech refresh at our site. This project entailed provisioning new End User Devices (EUD), Re-Imaging existing EUD that are not yet End of Life and Support. The team had a formation in place to rapidly image the EUD, perform in person and remote deployments, resolve issues that came up, and close out the project. SPN ensured that risks and issues were mitigated, project was executed within the timeline agreed upon. The management and execution of the Project was superb.
